OUR APPLICATION PROCESS

Grey Birch Foundation awards grants through the following process:
  1. Submission of letters of interest.
  2. Invitation for successful candidates to submit a formal proposal.
  3. Selection and notification of grant recipients.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE

Grey Birch Foundation can provide grants only to Canadian registered charitable organizations. We will consider projects that fulfil our priority areas of programming for women and girls: education, poverty reduction, and/or violence prevention.

LETTER OF INTEREST GUIDELINES

Grey Birch Foundation accepts letters of interest by April 15th of each year.

Charitable organizations who would like to be considered for our grant application process should submit a letter of interest that is no more than 2 pages and includes

  • - a brief history and description of the registered charitable organization
  • - a description of the program, including who it will benefit and how it will be delivered
  • - a project timeline
  • - a CRA charitable registration number.

Candidates who have been chosen to move on to the next stage of the process will be notified within 4 weeks.
